# Corpus Christi

In this colorful art photograph, a nude woman stands in a swimming pool, submerged from her chest down. Our vantage point is from above, foreshortening her body. With one foot slightly forward, she extends both arms symmetrically, forming a an unmistakable cross shape.

Her hair is slicked back and she gazes forward, her eyes hidden under thick lashes. The shadow of her head falls across one shoulder. The tops of her arms, forehead, and side of her chest glow with intense sunlight.

The surface is a jumble of glassy swirls and ripples. Despite some distortion from droplets and ripples, the water is clear and the image has an unreserved nature.

The electric blue and bright turquoise colors of the water in this artwork are beyond the limitations of most digital devices. Some colors in the physical artwork will likely appear more intense than as shown on your screen.
