A ghostly female figure appears against a faded, blue-tinted brick wall in an industrial setting. Unused for ages, abandoned pipes and rusty pumps stand behind her. Debris is interspersed with autumn leaves and haphazardly-rendered graffiti has been sprayed on the wall. The female form takes on the ambiguity of smeared paint. Her blurry figure indicates upward movement. Parts of her body, such as her right arm, disappear almost altogether.

The image is pervaded with an hazy, grainy etherealness, with much suggested but nothing precisely explained. She contrasts with her surroundings, a soft, gossamer female figure in a rugged, abandoned setting. She feels alive with energy in the dilapidated setting. Lifting her toes elegantly, she is unfazed in the midst of the entropy. Her facial expression is ambiguous, gazing into the distance. The image is haunting and recalls the ephemerality of life.
