Refund and Return Policy

Any artwork or photo book may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be made within a period of 30 days after delivery.

Get in touch prior to making any returns. Returned artwork must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it arrived. In the case of shipping damage, photographs of the package and art are required so the artist can pass the cost to insurance. No returns or refunds will be permitted on artwork damaged or lost by the customer or through accidents or theft after arrival. Frame your artwork to protect against loss.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

Notify us promptly of your intentions within the timeframes stated above. Returned items must arrive in the condition they were received. Use tracked and insured shipping for any returns. Refunds will be credited to the payment source used for purchase. Special terms apply for business customers such as designers, galleries, and other resellers.
